For so many of us fresh, drinking water is something that we take for granted.

  1. Drink a glass of water with lemon every morning when you wake up….yes, before your morning coffee.  The water acts like a jump-start for your metabolism and wakes up your brain.
  2. Keep a water bottle with you during the day.
  3. Play a drinking game.  Example:  Take 3 sips of water every time your phone rings or beeps or take a drink from the water fountain or cooler every time you walk by.  You get the idea.
