30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your X Brace and you’re within our 30 day warranty period, you can return it to our distribution center for a full refund. Using the SUBMIT A RETURN button below will provide you with a PrePaid, 1st Class Mail return label.  USPS First-Class shipping charges are covered for US shipments only. Please contact support@thexbrace.com directly if you are wanting to return or exchange an international order. 

If your order was originally sent via USPS Priority Mail, please return in a first-class approved mailing envelope. To start the return process, please submit a return, below.

Once your X Brace is received and inspected by our distribution center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your return will be processed and a refund will be issued. Please note that depending on your method of payment, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
