Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your X Brace and you’re within our 30 day warranty period, you can return it to our distribution center for a full refund. Using the SUBMIT A RETURN button below will provide you with a PrePaid, 1st Class Mail return label.  USPS First-Class shipping charges are covered for US shipments only. Please contact directly if you are wanting to return or exchange an international order. 

If your order was originally sent via USPS Priority Mail, please return in a first-class approved mailing envelope. To start the return process, please submit a return, below.

Once your X Brace is received and inspected by our distribution center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your return will be processed and a refund will be issued. Please note that depending on your method of payment, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
